Mike Evans and Chris Godwin Injury Update

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans is listed as doubtful after an injured hamstring in the first half against the Saints. Wide receiver Chris Godwin is listed as questionable with a knee injury.

After further evaluation, Buccaneers wide receivers Mike Evans and Chris Godwin have been officially ruled out for the remainder of the game.

New information from Bruce Arians Monday press conference. As Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports, wide receiver Chris Godwin’s MCL injury is not a sprain but a tear, he is out for the season. Typically MCL tears are a nine month or so recovery, Godwin is a free agent after this season.

Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, Bucs wide receiver Mike Evans has a strained hamstring and is week-to-week.
