Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reports that Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin had successful surgery on Monday. The surgery was on Godwin’s MCL and ACL and showed no meniscus damage.
#Bucs star WR Chris Godwin underwent successful surgery to repair his ACL and MCL, a procedure performed by noted expert Dr. James Andrews in Florida today, source said. There was no meniscus damage for the pending top free agent, who will make a full recovery.

Godwin is expected to make a full recovery. The Buccaneers have a decision to make in the offseason of whether or not they’ll re-sign Godwin.
