The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and tight end Cameron Brate’s have reworked his contract to two years and $8 million dollars. Another key piece helping with the salary cap.

Buccaneers reduce Brate’s salary from $6.55 million. This will free up about $3 million under the cap. Combine this with the savings from Shaq Barrett’s restructure earlier today and the Buccaneers have trimmed roughly $13 million off of the salary cap.
