Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady keeps winning. ESPN has announced its first-ever non-fungible token (NFT) deal. The worldwide leader in sports has joined forces with Tom Brady’s company, Autograph.

The four-letter network’s partnership with the seven-time Super Bowl champion begins with an NFT collection based on Brady’s Man in the Arena documentary series. The series is available on ESPN+ and is heading to Hulu and Disney+ soon.

What Is a Non-Fungible Token (NFT)?

Via Investopedia, “Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are cryptographic assets on a blockchain with unique identification codes and metadata that distinguish them from each other. Unlike cryptocurrencies, they cannot be traded or exchanged at equivalency. This differs from fungible tokens like cryptocurrencies, which are identical to each other and, therefore, can serve as a medium for commercial transactions.”
