The extended absence of Buccaneers’ quarterback Tom Brady appears to be coming to an end. While addressing the media, head coach Todd Bowles stated Brady would return early this week.
This will be a storyline until Tom Brady is back on the practice field, but Todd Bowles says today the quarterback will be back with the team "early" this week, which is presumably Monday as team returns to practice or Tuesday. Said he doesn't know if Brady will play Saturday.

Bowles has said all along that Brady would be back after the Titans preseason matchup. He restated that Sunday during his press conference. Bowles was non-committal on whether Brady would play in the preseason finale.
