The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are elevating two players from their practice squad ahead of Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks. Per Greg Auman of The Athletic, linebacker Ulysees Gilbert and defensive back Ryan Smith have been elevated and will contribute on special teams Sunday.
