Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver David Moore has signed with divisional rival the Carolina Panthers.
Moore was a seventh-round pick on 2017 by the Seattle Seahawks. He spent time on several teams since, including 2023 as a Buccaneer. Moore follows former Bucs offensive coordinator Dave Canales to Carolina.
