Former Bucs Kicker gets tryout with Saints

Former Buccaneers place kicker, Patrick Murray, will get a tryout for the Saints this week.

Murray Signed with Tampa prior to the 2014 season, as an undrafted rookie, and appeared in all 16 games making 20 of 24 FG attempts, with a long of 55 yards and all 31 of his extra point attempts.

In 2015, Murray sat behind Conor Barth but was thought to see some playing time again. Murray and Barth both were waived/released in the wake of signing Aguayo in the second-round of the 2016 draft.

He was later signed by the Cleveland Browns and appeared in two games in which he made 1 of 2 FG attempts and 3 of 4 extra points.
