Buccaneers free agents.

Some of the players that will be on Tampa’s free agents list, I would like to see return:

Safety Keith Tandy is one I would especially like to see returning to Tampa. Extremely talented safety, but has been put into the role of special teams and backup safety under Lovie Smith. He should do well under Mike Smith, better than he was when he played under Greg Schiano.

Running back Doug Martin is another I’d like to see back in a Tampa uniform for 2016, as he put on a show in 2015, coming second in the NFL for rushing yards, and scrambled for 235 yards against the Eagles. 2016 could be the breakout year Doug Martin desperately needs.

Sterling Moore: came to Tampa and started midseason becoming arguably Tampa’s best corner for 2015. I would love to see him return in 2016.

“With the NFL now shifting attention to 2016, the Buccaneers – like every team in the league – have a number of decisions to make regarding their own pending free agents. Player contracts that end in 2015 will expire on March 9, bringing on the free agency period; between now and then, teams will contemplate what they wish to do with their own pending free agents. The Buccaneers have 10 players who will become unrestricted free agents on March 9 if they do not receive a new deal before then: Martin, Moore Among Pending Bucs FAs -Reported by Scott Smith
