It seems that Bucs head coach Dirk Koetter is getting a little frustrated with some of the questions he is continually receiving after practices. Those most repeated and irksome question he’s been getting frequently; is the one about the move to promote Cameron Brate and the demotion of ASJ. From Koetter’s tone, you can tell he is pretty tired of fielding that question. He flat out said that if it was up to him, he would hold closed practices, so he would not have to answer any of those types of questions. However, Koetter did say that Brate is playing better than ASJ and emphasized his statement by saying, “End of Story.”
Media asked Koetter if there were any kind of beneficial motivational tactics behind releasing such statements. Koetter made it clear that he is not playing mind games, that he tells the players only the truth, that he would never bullshit his guys.
