It’s time for recognition.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been chosen for the 2017 season of Hard Knock and a lot of fans have mixed emotions about this. I, personally, love this idea and we will now, finally, get the National attention the Buccaneers have so deserved. The HBO series will have camera crews following the Buccaneers all the way through training camp and continue to follow them until the final preseason game.

Did you know that 5 out of the 11 teams that have been on Hard Knocks went to the playoffs that same year? Dirk Kotter and Mike Smith have been on Hard Knocks in 2014 when they came to Atlanta, so they can handle the pressure it brings.

Some of the things they will be talking about are, our AMAZING QB Jameis Winston, who is entering his third season in the NFL. Also, they will be talking about the new additions to the Buccaneers like their “Bentley with a Ferrari engine” Desean Jackson, Swaggy aka Chris Baker, and our new hitter in the secondary, J.J. Wilcox. A lot of eyes and ears will also be focused on the Doug Martin situation, as camp moves forward, so this will be one heck of a season for HBO and for Bucs fans.

The Buccaneers are surely an up and coming team and more than capable of being the best in the South and the NFC as a whole. It is way passed the time for us to get the recognition that we deserve!
