Last year was a good year, but it still isn’t what the Buccaneers would call a successful year. It has been nearly a decade since the Buccaneers have made the playoffs and that has felt like an eternity for Buccaneers fans. Last season, the Buccaneers were a game or two shy of making the Wild Card, but this year, we should be in there.
In the offseason, the Buccaneers added much needed key pieces to make a deep Playoff run for a Championship. Some of those key additions that will help the Buccaneers thrive in 2017 are:
1) DeSean Jackson
2) Jeremy McNichols
3) O.J. Howard
4) Chris Godwin
5) Chris Baker
6) Kendall Beckwith
7) J.J. Wilcox
8) Justin Evans
With all these stud additions there is a lot of people that believe the Buccaneers are a sleeper team to make the playoffs this year. The Bucs have the 14th ranked the hardest schedule this year. It seems like the Bucs aren’t getting the credit they truly deserve. The Bucs have done nothing improved every year since Dirk Koetter and Jason Licht has been with the team. This year is the year the NFL finally gives the Buccaneers the respect they TRULY DESERVE. I believe the Bucs are going to be this year’s Sleeper Team. I believe they will go 11-5, make the Playoffs, and hopefully make it to the SUPERBOWL. GO BUCS!
