Week 5 vs. New England Patriots Game Prediction by Hagen

After gaining some much-needed confidence in our last game against the New York Giants, we now have to focus on the World Champions on Thursday Night Football. The New England Patriots are coming off a last-second home loss to the Carolina Panthers, a game most of us would have liked them to win, obviously. The Patriots will be very tough to beat, they are one of the most challenging opponents we will face all year. Head Coach and mastermind Bill Belicheck and Quarterback Tom Brady will do anything to avoid losing a second game in a row, which would give the team a negative record after five games.

Unfortunately, as of now, it looks like neither Lavonte David nor Kwon Alexander will be available for this game, which will make things even more difficult for us against arguably the best offense in the NFL. Keeping super star Tight End Rob Gronkowski in check will be a key to staying competitive against New England.

Offensively, I am expecting a decent game from Winston and Doug Martin, who is coming back after a three-game suspension. New England’s Defense has not been very good so far, allowing 33 Points against a Carolina offense that has been struggling lately, as well.

Conclusively, I am predicting a high scoring game won by the Patriots by a score of 31-28. Let us hope our team proves me wrong. Go Bucs!
