If you have stood still inside of Raymond James Stadium looking confused trying to find a specific food item or maybe looking for a bathroom, chances are really good you had an encounter with one of the organization’s newest all-stars, the Difference Makers. They are throughout the parking lots before games, throughout the entire stadium during games, and always ready with a kind smile, expert directions, and even a conversation if time permits. They are the Raymond James Stadium’s version of a floating concierge.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were the first team to start this program that is now being repeated throughout the league. Our Buccaneer Difference Makers have been ranked #1 in five (5) of the last seven (7) years (losing last year by .001 percent). The Difference Makers are competing, being graded on various levels of customer service, but you would never know it. The smiles, the kindness, and the excitement they exude are entirely organic. They genuinely love being at the stadium to help us. In fact, they actually have a motto they operate by:

Of all the great changes we have seen at Raymond James Stadium over the last couple of seasons, this is the one that belongs right at the top of the list. The Difference Makers arrive five (5) hours before every kickoff and stay an hour after the game is done. In between they provide enthusiastic, helpful, memorable experiences for anybody who might need anything. This is why I would like to thank all of you difference makers.
