The question for many Buccaneers fans is who the better acquisition was. The Bucs brought in many new coaches, the two biggest ones being Bruce Arians and Todd Bowles. The fans are hoping these two get the Buccaneers out of the dog days of losing. That has yet to be seen. Only time will tell us.
When it comes to answering the question, I am on the fence. I think both are important. Arians brings his success to a team that needs it. Bowles brings change to a defense that needs an upgrade. Now both have a very hard task at hand. The cap issues created by Jason Licht are really hurting the team.
I hope they can find a way to get this team back to winning. With two straight 5-11 seasons, it’s time to return to a winning attitude. These two gentlemen can do that. Buccaneers fans will have to be patient because it will be the same or worse before it’s better. Look for them to find a way to get this team close to .5oo or better. No matter who the coaches are or what kind of coach, they are important.
