It was reported by Jenna Laine if ESPN that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will have a former QB in Trent Dilfer to announce their 2nd round pick in Nashville.

Dilfer spent six seasons with the Bucs and threw for 12,969 yards, 70 TD, and 80 INT.
The Bucs Super Bowl MVP, Dexter Jackson, will announce their 3rd round pick.
