Pros:
– Tackling machine
– Good instincts
– Great character/leader

Cons:
– limitations in pass coverage
– Lacks range to play deep
– Strictly a strong safety

Taylor Rapp is projected as a 2nd-3rd round pick. I feel like a 2nd round grade is justified. Rapp is a great presence in the box and has a nose for the ball. The Buccaneers have invested alot of draft capital into the secondary recently so drafting Rapp in the early 2nd round might not make sense for them.
