This in my opinion is a great idea. Godwin is quick off the line, has the body to be physical and the hands to be reliable regardless of where he lines up. Putting Godwin in the slot will create mismatches that the Buccaneers can take advantage of as well as giving Godwin more opportunities to get the ball.
Regardless of where Chris Godwin lines up he is poised to have a breakout season for the Buccaneers. That in of itself is enough to get excited about. Something this team desperately needs.
