Per ESPN’s Jenna Laine, former Buccaneers’ OLB Noah Spence has cleared waivers and is free to sign with any team.
Spence was a 2nd round pick by the Buccaneers in 2016 out of Eastern Kentucky. The 25 year old had a solid rookie year posting 6.5 sacks. Then it was downhill from there. His second year was shortened by a shoulder injury followed by a third season with little playing time or production.
