Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans has converted $2 million of his base salary into a bonus. The move creates roughly $1.6 million in cap space for the Buccaneers.

Evans has restructured his deal a few times since signing his 5-year, $82.5M extension in 2018. This is not a matter of Evans taking a paycut, he is just moving some of the money around to help the team with cap space.
