Kwon Alexander made his debut as a 49er an inauspicious one. Alexander was ejected in the first half for a helmet to helmet hit on Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston.
The hit was brutal and to nobody’s surprise drew a reaction from some Buccaneers’ players.

Alexander was ejected and can expect a fine and possible suspension.
