Summary:
Kyle Dugger survived in college on raw ability but on the NFL level that is not enough to get you by he will need to work on polishing his skills to get better to become a better professional player. He could also be used as a punt returner to a team needing a skillful return man. Dugger is projected as a 2nd to 3rd rounder but you could see him being a late first rounder.
