The NFL.has mandated team facilities to be closed by 6pm (Wed) March 25th. Commissioner Roger Goodell sent a memo to all 32 teams Tuesday evening.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell sent a memo to clubs tonight, saying all club facilities will close at 6 p.m. Wednesday, with limited exceptions, per sources. The league will reassess April 8 with advice from experts.
So NFL teams, like many others, will now #stayathome.

Several teams have already closed their facilities due to the COVID-19 virus. Teams are free to continue normal business operations.
New: The NFL’s General Manager subcommittee unanimously recommended to commissioner Goodell today that the draft be moved back due to COVID-19, however the league plans to stick with the 4/23-25 dates at this time, league sources tell me and @AdamSchefter https://t.co/nL9sLh9jNh

According to ESPN’s Dianna Russini and Adam Schefter the NFL’s General Manager Subcommittee has recommended unanimously that the 2020 NFL Draft be moved back. No word of any changes from the NFL or commissioner Roger Goodell.
With the current environment surrounding the Covid-19 virus I expect the league to make some changes to the draft dates in the near future. The league has already taken some hits for continuing with free agency as the country is in the grips of a pandemic and potential lockdown. Now, the league’s general managers are applying pressure from within to move the draft back. This will definitely be viewed as a bad look for the league in some circles if they push forward.
