The Tampa Bay Buccaneers finished their 2020 draft without taking a quarterback. They changed that shortly after the draft completed.
First UDFA signing for the Bucs is quarterback Reid Sinnett, who played at the University of San Diego. Had 32 TDs against just 10 interceptions last season in his first year as starter there.

Reid Sinnett was a finalist for the FCS Walter Payton Award, which is the FCS’s equivalent of the Heisman Trophy. At 6’4 and 225 lbs, Sinnett has the prototypical size NFL teams covet. As a redshirt senior he threw for 3,528 yards and 32 touchdowns. He added 6 touchdowns on the ground.
Sinnett has the ability to throw on the run and is known as a quarterback that makes good decisions. Look for him to push Ryan Griffin for the 3rd spot on the depth chart.
There were heavy expectations that the Buccaneers would draft a quarterback in this years draft. That didn’t happen but Bruce Arians did pick himself up an undrafted free agent project in Sinnett.
