Brady and Mahomes faced off in Super Bowl LV in Tampa with Brady and the Buccaneers winning the Lombardi Trophy. Brady is widely regarded as the greatest of all time with seven Super Bowl wins. Mahomes is the current quarterback that could potentially challenge Brady for the eventual title. The narrative for the Super Bowl was Goat vs Baby Goat so it is fitting both will appear on the cover of this years Madden.
This is both Brady and Mahomes second time on the cover of the NFL’s only video game available on consoles and computers. It is also the first time two players have been the cover athlete in over ten years since Larry Fitzgerald and Troy Polamalu in Madden ‘10.
