The Buccaneers are waiving cornerback Herb Miller according to Greg Auman.
Bucs are also waiving cornerback Herb Miller, who could return on practice squad. This all but assures Dee Delaney has made the initial 53-man roster with a strong finish to training camp and preseason.

Miller had a strong camp, including an interception in the final preseason game however this was not enough for him to make the 53 man roster. This clears away for Dee Delaney to likely make the team. Delaney had two interceptions in the final game.
