How Has Tom Brady Stayed In Peak Physical Condition For So Long?


Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr. was born on August 3, 1977, in San Mateo, California. At Junipero Serra High School, Brady excelled in both football and baseball. Brady rejected an opportunity to play professional baseball after graduating in 1995 to attend the University of Michigan.

The College Years

While being a member of the school’s football team, Brady did not spend much time on the field during his first two collegiate seasons. 

However, in his junior year, he was the starting quarterback. Brady threw 350 passes for 2,636 yards that season. In his final season, he helped his club win the Orange Bowl.

Draft Day

The New England Patriots drafted Tom Brady in 2000, and he has since earned three NFL MVP titles, four Super Bowl MVP awards, and a record seven Super Bowl championships. 

Following an investigation into the use of improperly deflated balls, Brady was suspended in 2015 for four games.

Despite missing the first four games of the 2016 season, Brady led the Patriots to a Super Bowl LI victory over the Atlanta Falcons and added to his collection a historic Super Bowl LIII victory over the Los Angeles Rams.

But exactly how does he do it? 

Tom Brady maintains a very trim physique in 2021, despite his 6’4′′ height and estimated 225-pound weight. When he was initially drafted to play in the NFL, his body was notably awkward and slender. 

He successfully fine-tuned his figure over the course of several years. Many people believe he has never looked better than he does now. A rigorous workout program is unquestionably responsible, but so is a rather strict nutrition plan.

What does the TB12 diet consist of?

Although some may argue that the proof is in the pudding (in this case, Tom Brady’s body), others argue that the TB12 diet isn’t always supported by real science.
