As reported by Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times, Arians states Winfield Jr is still in the concussion protocol with a chance of being cleared before Thursday’s game in Philadelphia. The Buccaneers secondary could definitely use the services of the 2nd year safety, especially on a week with just four days between games.
