Another day another rumor involving the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and recently retired quarterback Tom Brady. This one comes from Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer.
Per Breer, “There were things about the Bucs’ program that frustrated” Brady. Breer didn’t elaborate but did say he had not heard that Brady had a problem directly with Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians.

This report comes shortly after Arians dismissed the rumors that he undermined Brady and offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich. Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reported that he talked with Arians Saturday about that report and others to which Arians called them, “far-fetched”. Arians went on, “It seems like there’s one (story) every day now. Everybody is speculating he’s going somewhere else. That don’t bother me. This other bulls—, the relationship thing, that’s so far-fetched.’’
Former teammate of Brady’s and current analysts/host for Fox Sports Radio Rich Ohrnberger reported his sources said, “Apparently, while Arians was rehabbing the Achilles in the early mornings, offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich and Brady would work on the week’s game plan,’’ Ohrnberger tweeted. “Arians would later come in and take the red pen to work they’d done. The QB and OC felt undermined, there was tension.’’
At the end of the day we’ll most likely never know what happened. What we do know is the Buccaneers still need to figure out who their starting quarterback will be moving forward.
