Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ quarterback Tom Brady missed practice Friday. This after the team had the day off Thursday and Brady taking Wednesday off for his birthday.
Speaking to the media Friday, head coach Todd Bowles didn’t exactly have a clarification for Brady’s absence or when he’ll return.
“We’ll let him do what he needs to do. If he’s back tomorrow, that’s great. But we’ll keep in touch and we’ll monitor that,” Bowles stated to the media.
The absence comes on the back of the NFL handing down punishment to Dolphins owner Stephen Ross. There’s no reports Brady’s absence is connected with that, but it does make you wonder.
