The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed former UTEP cornerback and NFL rookie Duron Lowe to their practice squad. As reported by Greg Auman of Fox Sports, Duron played his college ball at Liberty and UTEP. He spent time with the Los Angeles Rams during the preseason.
