Lions vs Redskins Preseason

“Robert Griffin III and the Redskins starters managed 10 total yards on their first three series of Thursday night’s preseason game vs. the Lions. On the fourth series, Griffin got sacked on consecutive plays.  On his second sack, his fumble was recovered by Gabe Wright of the Lions at the Redskin’s 11- yard line.  To make matters worse, the Redskins announced that Griffin was then evaluated for a tight-side stinger and possible concussion. Griffin finished 2-of-5 passing for 8 yards.”- Zack Jackson, writer for NBCSpots.com

Turns out Robert Griffin makes a better tackling dummy than he does playing the QB position. Redskins fans  are now looking for Kirk Cousins to start. They may just have their wish as Griffin suffered a concussion during one of those sacks and could be out for an period of time unknown at this moment. According to Gruden, Griffin is starter as soon as he is healthy.
