The Patriots beat the Steelers 28-21 in the first game of the NFL regular season. The Steelers came close to beating the Patriots in Foxborough, despite having, what Mike Tomlin said, “The Patriots radio broadcast for the majority of the first half on our headsets”. He’s not saying the Patriots messed around with their headsets, But he did say it does happen a lot when they play in New England.
“It was a pretty special night,” said Brady, who threw four touchdowns, three of them to favorite target Rob Gronkowski, Thursday in a 28-21 victory over undermanned and generally ineffective Pittsburgh. “I was excited. Our whole team was excited. We haven’t had one of these games in along time.” –
