Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback, Leonard Johnson has been signed by the Carolina Panthers. The Panthers made the announcement, on Thursday, that they have signed Johnson to a one-year deal.Johnson played for Tampa from 2012 to 2014, where he played in every game recording 148 tackles, 5 interceptions and forced 6 fumbles before being released in 2015 and signing with the New England Patriots. Johnson should strongly compete for the nickel corner position.
