The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have their eyes set on the postseason this year, and just about everyone believes they can finally break the playoff drought. Everyone but the oddsmakers in Las Vegas.
Bovada has recently released their playoff odds and they have Tampa 8:5 odds to make it to the postseason this year. What does that mean? It means they do not give Tampa very strong odds. 17th among NFL teams and far behind those teams they projected to appear in the post season.
Teams like Seattle(1:6), Atlanta(2:3), Dallas(1:2) received the best odds of making it to the playoffs and teams like the Giants, Panthers, and Cardinals all have been projected to make the wildcard.
