With the final injury reports and game status updates provided to the media and the league, it seems the Bengals are suffering.
Fans will no doubt be disappointed to see that DE Vinny Curry and DT Gerald McCoy are confirmed as out for Sunday’s game. The silver lining for Bucs fans is that Cincinnati Bengals have a much worse injury bug to contend with. Missing for the Bengals are starting linebackers Vontaze Burfict and Nick Vigil. Also missing on defense is Darqueze Dennard a first round CB. Another notable absence for the Bengals will be WR John Ross, who until he was injured was having a productive season.
With the doubtful status of first round Center, Billy Price the Bengals could be without 6 key players with another 6 carrying various injuries into the game. This begs the question of who will be stepping up for Cincinnati on Sunday.
Tampa has a chequered history against backups and reserves so fans will be hoping that the team doesn’t fall into a familiar trap.
