It has been reported by D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, that former Tampa Bay Head Coach Dirk Koetter has been offered the Atlanta Falcons offensive coordinator position per sources close to the organization.
The AJC is quoted saying,
“Dirk Koetter has been offered the position of Falcons offensive coordinator, according to one person familiar with the situation. Koetter may have accepted the position. Late Monday, a high-ranking team official when asked to confirm would say only there is no agreement at this time.”
Interesting development in Koetter’s career. As he is soon to be come the 4th straight ex-Bucs Head Coach to take a demotion of some sort since the Raheem Morris.
