It was reported earlier today that the Bucs were in fact shopping Jackson, and it looks like they found their suitor.
They will receive at 2019 6th round pick and 2020 7th round pick for Jackson per NBC’s Derrick Gunn.
It was just confirmed that Jackson and the Eagles have come to terms on a contract, he will become an Eagle once more. The deal is worth $27 million over 3 years, per Tim McManus of ESPN. Averaging $9 million per season.

Adam Schefter of ESPN at 6:05PM EST reported on Jackson’s contract details.
Eagles send a 6th-rd pick in 2019 to Tampa and get back a 7th in 2020 along with WR DeSean Jackson, per @mortreport. Jackson gets $13 million guaranteed on a restructure.

Meaning almost 50% of Jackson deal in guarantees. Not a bad day for the speedy wideout.
