Report: Bucs Meeting With Draft Prospect Quinnen Williams

It is being reported by Jenna Laine of ESPN, the Bucs are continuing to do their home work on draft prospect DT Quinnen Williams. The interviewed him at the Combine, but will also bring him in for a visit on April 8th per the report.

Teams must be very selective with whom they choose to bring in, as they are only allotted 30 visits for out-of-state prospects.

Williams is viewed as one of the top pass rushing prospected in this year’s draft, and there is a real possibility that he could be there when Tampa Bay picks at No. 5 overall.

These visits mean one of a few things typically. Either they have a heavy interest in a player, they are simply doing their homework, or they are throwing up a smoke screen to keep their draft intentions that much more mysterious.

Stay tuned as the story on Williams develops.
