In speaking with the media today CB Vernon Hargreaves III says he’s 100% healthy after his shoulder injury last season. Per Scott Smith of the Buccaneers.
CB Vernon Hargreaves, who missed all but one game last year due to a shoulder injury, says he is back to 100% health. Surgery and rehab went great with no setbacks.

Hargreaves also stated that Head Coach Bruce Arians’ coaching staff said to the team that are in a “win-now” mode. For many years, the Bucs have seemed to be continuously re-building. Arians will look to stop that here under his tenure.
Hargreaves said that the coaching staff's message to the players today was that this isn't a rebuild, it's win-now mode.
