The Buccaneers have had unfortunate injury luck with their backup wide receivers. John Franklin III was carted off the field after a season ending knee injury last week. Now, rookie John Hurst limped off the field during today’s practice.

In a press conference with Bruce Arians, the head coach stated that Hurst suffered an ankle sprain, and a timetable is unkown.
