Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians updated some key Buccaneers injury statuses Friday while on 620 WDAE. First and foremost we find out what happened to wide receiver Chris Godwin and his status for Sunday’s game.
Bruce Arians says Chris Godwin was injured on a tackle in New Orleans but thinks he will practice today. Says it will be a game time decision. Arians told @953WDAE that Sean Murphy-Bunting and Scotty Miller have a chance to play Sunday. He said TE Darren Fells will play.

Hearing Arians say he thinks Godwin will practice today and will be a game-time decision isn’t exactly reassuring, but at least we know how and what is going on with Godwin.
Arians had some encouraging new Friday as well. As reported by Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times, Arians said Sean Murphy-Bunting (CB) and Scotty Miller (WR) have a chance to play Sunday against the Washington Football Team. He also stated that Darren Fells (TE) would play this Sunday.
