Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady isn’t a fan of some of the NFL’s recent rule changes. During the offseason he voiced his displeasure about the new uniform number policy change.
Now, speaking on his weekly podcast on SiriusXM NFL Radio Brady weighed in on the NFL expanding the regular season to 17 games.
Tom Brady really dislikes the fact that the NFL added a 17th game to the season.
"I think it's pointless. I thought it was a terrible decision"

Brady used words like “terrible” and “pointless” when talking to Jim Gray about the NFL adding the extra game.
At the end of the day the NFL is all about the bottom line. Am extra game means more money through the NFL’s multiple revenue streams. It also means that season records set while playing a 16 game season will inevitably be broken. This is one of many reasons Brady and like-minded people don’t care for the change.
