Tampa Bay Buccaneers outside linebacker Cam Gill suffered a Lisfranc injury and will be out for awhile. Gill suffered the injury in Saturday night’s loss to the Miami Dolphins.
Bowles said OLB Cam Gill has a Lisfranc injury in his right foot, which is the same issue Lavonte David was limited by last season. There can be different levels of severity, and Bowles didn't know yet if it would impact the regular season or not.

Gill’s injury is similar to the one linebacker Lavonte David suffered in 2021. With a Lisfranc injury, there are different levels which require different time frames to recover. So the return time for Gill is not known at this time, which prompted the Buccaneers to bring back defensive end Carl Nassib Monday.
Gill was spotted at practice in a cast on a scooter at practice by Pewter Report’s JC Allen.
