Elijah Shumate has been waived with an injury designation. Like all injury waivers, if he is able to clear waivers tomorrow he will be placed back onto the team’s injury reserve list. The move to waive Shumate freed up space for recently signed Ishaam’ily Kitchen
Elijah Shumate was added to the P.U.P. list due to a non-football injury to his wrist almost two weeks ago. Shumate was signed by Tampa as an undrafted free agent out of Notre Dame and had performed well in rookie camp.
