Spytek previously worked as a national scout for the Super Bowl Champion Denver Broncos. Prior to working for Denver, John Spytek was considered one of the NFL’s best talent analysts. Spytek and Licht know each other from their time in Philadelphia. He also worked for the Cleveland Browns.
