Dirk Koetter likes what he sees in Noah Spence

Spence is showing Tampa coaches flashes of the physical skill that at one time had him projected as a high first-round selection in the 2016 NFL Draft. Selected in the second-round by the Buccaneers, he was already drawing some serious reviews in being compared to a smaller Von Miller. Everyone around One Buc is excited about Noah’s potential, and once the pads come out, a better idea of what he is capable of will surface. Spence is showing he can line up at any position along the defensive line, as his pass rushing abilities are speaking for themselves. Spence admits he watches films on Cameron Wake and Justin Houston, to draw inspiration and pick up some tricks adding to his own personal skill. Dirk Koetter is more than happy with what he sees in Noah Spence and all the more in what he sees in his attitude. “He’s looked really good. I love his attitude, definitely has pass rush ability, love how our defensive coaches are bringing him along, but especially I just like his attitude and the way he’s approaching it every day.”
