According to PFF Mike Evans is the top dog when it comes to NFL wide receivers this year. Evans is not only Tampa’s most important receiver but it seems he’s become one of the most important players in the league.
Targeted more than 127 times Evans is only 120 yards behind the league’s leader receiving yards, Julio Jones. Evans also ties the NFL lead for touchdown receptions with 10.
In Sunday;s win over the Seahawks, number 13 became the 2nd person, this season, to score on Richard Sherman. PFF’s 93.2 grade for Mike Evans, places him above A.J. Green and Julio Jones.
