The National New England Patriots League?

It seems that Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots have their hands in just about everything in the NFL. From teams leading their divisions to those in the playoffs, the Patriots have their stamp on almost all of it.

Jason Licht is one of four GMs whose teams are placed near the top of their divisions and all vying for a playoff spot. Those GMs were one-time New England Patriots staff during their four-year Super Bowl excursion from 2001-2004.

The Falcons and the Bucs lead the NFC South and Falcons General Manager Thomas Dimitroff worked in New England as a scouting director from 2003-2007 as Licht worked in New Englands as Director of Player Personnel from 2003-2005. Bob Quinn, who is the Lions GM, was Pro Scout, Regional Scout, and Player Personnel Assistant with the Patriots, during those years and had been with the Patriots from 2000-2015. Former Buccaneers Director of Player Personnel and current Titans GM Jon Robinson was an Area Scout for the Patriots from 2002-2005.

No matter how you feel about the New England Patriots and Bill Belichick, there is no getting away from them it seems. It’s almost like it is not the National Football League, But is the New England Patriots League. regardless of that fact, I will always remain a Buccaneers Fans.
