Mike Evans finished the 2016 season as one of the NFL’s top ranking wide receivers, PFF also ranking him as a top rated receiver, has now been selected to PFF’s All-Pro team. He and Julio Jones were the only wide receivers to be selected by PFF for their All-Pro team this year.
Evans certainly deserves the honor that PFF has bestowed upon him, as he clearly was one of the best receivers in the NFL, but he is also one of the best receivers the Buccaneers have ever had. He has tied his own record for most receiving touchdowns in a season. Evans accomplishments did not stop there as he received the third most yards, and the second most receptions, by a Buccaneers player in a single season.
